Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, country, contact details, interested vehicle, requirements, submission time and a one-way technical identifier used to limit spam.
How we use and retain information
We use inquiry information to contact you and support the requested transaction. Records are accessible only to authorized administrators and are retained only as long as reasonably required for customer service, business records, security or legal obligations.
If you continue to WhatsApp, that service processes your communication under its own privacy terms. This website prepares a message but does not send a WhatsApp message without your action.
When you click a website link that opens WhatsApp, we record the date and time, page, vehicle or Stock ID (where applicable), button location, display language, device category and available campaign parameters. We also use one-way technical identifiers for approximate visitor counting, attribution and spam control. We do not store your raw IP address or raw advertising click identifier in this record. A click means WhatsApp was opened; it does not tell us whether you sent the message.
Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement
The website uses a necessary session cookie for form and administrator security and stores your selected display language in your browser. With your permission, we also load Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand visits, improve the website and measure advertising results.
